Ductless, done to spec.
Design, installation, repair, and maintenance of ductless mini-split systems, built for Gulf-coast heat, humidity, and salt air. Ductless is all we do, so we do it precisely.
System design & sizing
Every job starts with a room-by-room load calculation, not a rule of thumb. We measure each space and account for ceiling height, glass, sun exposure, and insulation, then match the system and the number of zones to how you actually live. In Florida, right-sizing is what separates a system that dehumidifies properly from one that leaves the house cold and clammy.
A measured load calculation
Single-zone or multi-zone recommendation
Head placement and line-set routing planned before we quote
A firm written price with no surprises on install day
Installation
We install to code, permitted where the county requires it, and fully insured. That means tight, correctly brazed line sets, a proper deep vacuum, verified refrigerant charge, secure mounting, and clean condensate routing. We test every zone and clean up before we go. Most single-zone installs are done in a day; a multi-zone whole-home system usually takes one to two.
Permit handling where required
Wall-mount, ceiling-cassette, or floor-console heads
Surge protection at the disconnect
Full commissioning and a walkthrough of your new controls
Repair & diagnostics
Not cooling, dripping, or throwing an error code? We repair and diagnose all makes and models of ductless systems, no matter who installed them. We find the actual fault, from a clogged condensate drain to a surge-damaged control board, and give you a clear price before we touch anything. Summer surge damage is common on the coast, so we check for it.
A full diagnostic on the indoor and outdoor units
Refrigerant and leak checks
Condensate drain clearing
Electrical and control-board inspection
A plain explanation of what went wrong and what it costs to fix
Maintenance
A ductless system that is cleaned and checked once or twice a year runs more efficiently, lasts longer, and keeps its warranty intact. On the Gulf coast, salt and humidity make that maintenance matter more, not less. We keep the coil clean, the drain clear, and the charge correct so the system keeps pulling humidity the way it should.
Washing or replacing filters
Deep-cleaning the blower wheel and indoor coil
Flushing and treating the condensate drain
Checking charge and airflow
Rinsing salt and debris off the outdoor condenser
How to tell which service you actually need.
If you are cooling a room that has never been comfortable, adding a lanai or garage conversion to your living space, or replacing window units and a tired central system, that is a design and installation conversation, and it starts with a load calculation. If your existing mini-split is running but not cooling, dripping water inside, icing up, or flashing an error code, that is a repair and diagnostic call, and we work on every brand no matter who installed it. And if your system is working fine but you have never had it serviced, a seasonal maintenance visit is the cheapest money in comfort you will spend all year, especially on the coast where salt and humidity wear equipment faster.
You do not have to diagnose it yourself. Tell us the symptom in plain language and we will tell you which path it is, what it is likely to involve, and what it costs, before we touch anything. On the Gulf coast the seasons drive the calls: spring is the time to size and install ahead of the heat, summer brings the surge damage and the humidity complaints, and the mild winter is when a heat pump earns its keep on the handful of cold mornings we do get. Whatever the season, the honest first step is the same. Get a free quote, or ask us a question if you are still figuring out what you need. You can also see the depth of work we do across every town we serve.
