Give us a phone or email and we reply the same day, usually. No obligation.

After you send it

What happens next.

Once your request comes in, a real person here reads it, usually the same day. We reach out to confirm the rooms you mentioned and set a time for the in-home visit that fits your schedule, including evenings and weekends when that is what works. There is no phone tree and no offshore call center; you are talking to the people who will actually do the work. At the visit we measure, run the load calculation, and talk through your options on the spot. A written quote follows shortly after, itemized so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Nothing about this obligates you to hire us.

The visit

What we will ask, and why it matters.

A good quote depends on a few things we can only learn by looking. We will ask which rooms are uncomfortable and how you use them, because a bedroom you sleep in and a garage gym have very different loads. We will look at your electrical panel to confirm there is capacity for a new circuit, check the wall construction where a head might go, and see where the outdoor unit can sit and how far the line set would have to run. We will ask about your power bills and any humidity or hot-and-cold complaints, because those symptoms tell us whether the last system was sized wrong. None of this is a sales script; each answer changes the equipment we recommend and the number we write down. It is the same reason we quote in writing after measuring rather than throwing out a figure over the phone, which almost always turns out to be wrong once someone actually sees the home.

No pressure

What a free quote does, and does not, commit you to.

The quote is free and it is genuinely no-obligation. You are not signing anything at the visit, and there is no deposit to see a number. If the price makes sense and you want to move ahead, great; if you want to think about it, compare, or wait for the right season, that is completely fine and we will not chase you. We would rather you make a confident decision than a rushed one. If you are still deciding whether ductless is even the right approach, the about page explains how we work and the services page covers what each option involves. And if you just have a question rather than a project, the contact page is the better door.

Common reasons

What people are usually solving when they ask for a quote.

Most quote requests fall into a handful of patterns, and recognizing yours helps us come prepared. Some of the most common:

  • A room that never gets comfortable. A back bedroom, an upstairs that runs hot, a home office over the garage, or a Florida room that the central system was never designed to reach. A single well-placed head usually solves it without touching the rest of the house.
  • Adding conditioned space. A garage conversion, an enclosed lanai, a she-shed or workshop, or a mother-in-law suite. These are additions your existing system has no capacity to cover, and ductless is the clean way to condition them.
  • Replacing tired window units. They are loud, they block the light, they leak air around the frame, and they are a security weak point. A wall-mounted mini-split does the same job quietly and far more efficiently.
  • Getting off a failing central system. When an old ducted system is on its last legs and the ductwork is leaky, a zoned ductless setup is often a smarter long-term answer than replacing ducts you cannot see into.
  • Cutting the power bill. High-efficiency inverter systems and room-by-room control can meaningfully lower what you spend to stay comfortable through a Gulf-coast summer.

Whatever the reason, we recommend based on your actual situation, not a package we are trying to move. If two options make sense, we will show you both and explain the tradeoff.

Sized right

How we decide what your home needs.

The heart of the visit is the load calculation, and it is worth understanding what that means because it is the step cheap installers skip. Rather than picking equipment by square footage alone, we measure how much heat each space actually gains: the area and direction of the windows, how much afternoon sun the walls take, the ceiling height, the insulation, and how the room is used. A sun-drenched Florida room with a wall of west-facing glass gains far more heat than a shaded bedroom of the same size, and sizing them identically would leave one clammy and the other freezing. That measured load tells us the capacity and, just as important, whether you are better served by one multi-zone system or several independent single-zone units. Getting this right is the entire difference between a system that dehumidifies and lasts and one that short-cycles and disappoints, which is why our design and sizing work is the foundation of every quote rather than an afterthought.

Quote questions

A few things people ask before they book.

Is the quote really free? Yes, the in-home visit and the written quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. How long does it take to get a price? The visit is usually under an hour, and the written quote follows shortly after. Do you push financing? No; we will tell you what financing, federal energy-efficiency credits, and FPL rebates may apply so you can decide on the real out-of-pocket cost, but the choice is entirely yours. Will you quote over the phone? We will give you honest ranges, but not a firm number, because a real price depends on seeing the home. What if I already have a mini-split that just needs work? Then you may not need a quote at all, just a repair visit; tell us the symptom and we will point you the right way. For more, the full FAQ covers the questions we hear most.

Before we arrive

A little prep makes the visit faster.

You do not need to do anything to get a quote, but a few small things help us give you a better one. If you can, clear a path to your electrical panel and to the walls where you think you might want a head, and make a mental note of which rooms bother you most and when: a bedroom that is fine at night but bakes in the afternoon tells us something a square-footage number never would. If you have recent power bills handy, they help us show you the efficiency tradeoff in real dollars. And if there is an existing system involved, knowing its rough age and brand lets us weigh repair against replacement honestly. None of this is required; we will find what we need either way. It just turns a good visit into a fast one, and gets you to a firm written price sooner.

Where we work

Free quotes across Sarasota and Manatee County.

We cover the two counties from the barrier islands to the inland communities, and the quote is free everywhere we serve. That includes Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch, the waterfront neighborhoods of Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island where salt air makes equipment choice matter, and quieter communities like Osprey and Nokomis. You can see the full list on our service-area page, each with a page describing the homes and conditions we see there. Wherever you are in the region, the first step is the same: tell us the rooms, and we will come measure.

There is genuinely no catch and no cost to finding out what your home needs. You will not be handed a high-pressure pitch, you will not be signed up for anything, and you will not be passed to a salesperson working on commission. You will get a measured recommendation and an honest number from a local, ductless-focused crew, and then the decision is entirely yours on your timeline. If it helps to understand the work first, the services page covers what each option involves and the pricing page explains what actually drives the cost. But you do not need to read a thing to get started; just send the form above and we will take it from there.
